The conferences are managed via web interfaces available from your VideoMost service home page. The following management features are available:
To schedule a conference, go to the page Schedule a Conference.
You can hold a conference immediately or schedule it to a later time.
In either mode, all participants can see and hear the conference, and the Moderator can always turn on or off any participant.
Provided you have a proper license, you can hold videoconferences at high definition by selecting the "HD quality" option at conference creation.
In the Scheduled conferences list, you can see current and future conferences that you have scheduled.
You can invite participants to the newly created conference. The service offers several types of invitations:
Uploading shared files (“conference materials”) before the conference
Having scheduled a conference, a conference Owner can upload files to be downloaded by the participants.
The newly appointed conference appears in the My Conferences list on the Schedule a conference page. You can join the conference, view its details, edit or delete the conference directly on this page by clicking the conference control buttons.
The log contains details of both scheduled and past conferences, including: conference date, start time and end time, conference topic, status: online (conference has started or it is already running) or offline.
In the Past conferences list, you can see conferences scheduled to an earlier time than the current time.
On the Downloads page, you can find software needed for video conferencing.
Windows users can install video conferencing plugin versions for all major browsers, and also additional software to enable 3D avatars instead of common video (AvatarCam).
Mac OS users can download plugins for Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
